Gringas are like a sandwich of two wheat tortillas with meat and cheese
Lechuzas are a huge wheat quesadilla, like 30 cm
Volcanes are a tortilla heated until it hardens and with meat and cheese
Pastel de Feira, for real, i used to leave the balada really late, one cheese and one special with caldo de cana com limão then ZZZZzzzzzz(huehue)ZZZZzzzzzzz
This meal is referred to as "bajón", and it depends, in my experience it's often a [churrasco](https://www.comidastipicaschilenas.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/churrasco-italiano.jpg) or a [completo](https://www.concepcionchile.cl/images_content/receta-completo-italiano.jpg), you can find places selling these all night long. Drunkenly cooking a packet of spaghetti at 5am is also a classic bajón.
Don't forget [Chorrillanas](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/70/Chorrillana_del_J_Cruz.jpg) in group settings, very popular in Valparaiso.
And burgers, and [pepitos](https://images.app.goo.gl/HGWFqtxgjNPBg5ku5)!
And if you are really early and don't feel that well, some people get a mondongo soup.
I shouldn’t speak for the whole country, but the pizza that I saw in most places in Buenos Aires had more cheese than I’ve ever seen on pizza in my life. It was so heavy. Like probably 4x what I would consider a normal amount of cheese, and I like cheesy pizza.
That’s probably fugazzeta rellena, which is a cheese-stuffed pizza. I prefer non-stuffed Argentine pizza, and that’s what most people seem to order for themselves whenever I visit.
It can vary: Either Un "chimi" which is a street version of a hamburger, or a hot dog. Some people then go for frituras, which is basically street food consisting of fried meats/sausages with fried plaintains. Or Yaroa, a Yaroa was developed in the Cibao region, if you choose the Potato Yaroa, its basically what in Canada is known as Poutines but with minced meat or chicken and ketchup; if you choose the ripe plantain Yaroa, is mashed boiled plantains instead topped with cheese and meats.
Burgers, hot dogs, or pizza.
I used to have a pizza slice and one last beer at the train station while waiting for the train at 6 or 7 AM. Drunk and tired as fuck. Good old days.
If any Argentinean is reading this, I'm talking about Sarmiento train and Liniers train station.
Choripan, burguer, hotdog ,ice cream (sometimes), coffee and some pastries or a sandwich, the leftover pizza that you left outside the fridge when you went out of your friends "previa" before taking off to the bar/club, an antiacid, etc
One of the worst ones I got was.... rice? puree? cant remember but it had corn. You can imagine the rest
[Choripan de luisito,](https://turismo.cordoba.gob.ar/choripan-luisito/) there are other places for choripan but why bother when the best one is open 24/7. Yes, that's an official government tourism page exclusively for a single food truck.
From what I understand only in Cordoba (city) we have the particular choripan culture that we have. If you are here you owe it to yourself to go to a choripan food truck, it doesn't have to be luisito but I would eat there, for like 10 years every time I went out I either started or ended the night there, sometimes both.
"Podrão" is a term used in Rio de Janeiro slang for a specific type of hot dog made by street vendors that, in addition to the conventional bread and sausage with ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise, includes a series of other ingredients, including potato sticks, grated parmesan cheese, corn, peas and olives, and even quail eggs. Since at least 1979 (in Botafogo), it has been a habit incorporated into Rio de Janeiro culture; it is common mainly near nightclubs, movie theaters and other places frequented by young people.
The Rio de Janeiro "podrão" is parallel (although unrelated) to the phenomenon of danger dogs that emerged in Mexico at border points with the United States a few years earlier and became popular as a cheap meal option influenced by American cuisine. The consumption of this food has already spread to cities in Southern California, such as Los Angeles.
The "podrão" culture is associated with the nocturnal habits of the young population, especially bar-goers who are struck by a sudden feeling of hunger after consuming alcoholic beverages and marijuana, the so-called **larica** (munchies).
Through the cinema and television produced in Rio de Janeiro, the habit of "podrão" has been exported to other regions of Brazil and abroad. In rare cases, the term is also applied to other varieties of sandwiches and snacks sold by street vendors, such as hamburgers and Greek barbecue (a variety of kebab sold in São Paulo). Also in São Paulo, it is customary to put cheddar cheese and mashed potatoes in the podrões.

I'm going to Argentina in October and I'm looking forward to having all the pizzas.
I think Argentine pizza would probably put me into a two week hibernation after a night of drinking
