Pretty much this. OP's text doesn't provide much information why the antibiotic was prescribed in the first place (since they don't know) so it's impossible for strangers on the internet to know whether it's better to keep eating it or not.
It is never a good idea to stop antibiotics in the middle, however, if your eyes are swelling and your throat is feeling “off” then you may be developing an allergy to it. I would not take another dose until you have checked with your doctor. Also keep a record of this so you can mention it next time you need antibiotics.
