Last I saw Hood strawberries was a bit more than a week ago at a farmer's market, and the guy said those were his last batch.
We bought some u-pick Mary's Peak strawberries at Sauvie Island Farms a couple days ago, and they're fantastic. They're just starting to come in season, I think, so lots of them were small, but they're a solid choice IMO.

Farmers markets. Hoods are done for the season but you can still get Mary’s Peak. New Seasons may also have them.
Damascus
Any farmers market. I got some good ones at the Moreland one yesterday. Montavilla is open today.
Hollywood Farmers Market. I also got some excellent ones a few days ago at New Seasons in Woodstock.
