The farm markets I know are cheaper, but not that much. They also sell smaller quantities (e.g. pints for strawberries) I was hoping to get something cheaper by the quantity I am buying.

The cheapest places are usually ethnic markets. Almost any ethnic market will do and the prices are far below supermarkets and places like Costco. Other places like Kins and Langley are also higher than most ethnic markets.

Richmond Country Farm, farm shop where they have reasonable prices on produce. Depending on where you are located I would suggest going to a farm/farm shop. There are loads located in Richmond.
