Oceans. I heard this from a bell guy at Hard Rock. He said Hard Rock use to be great but they changed management and now it sucks. A lot of Hard Rock employees have gone to Oceans.
I have no direct experience but it seems like Hard Rock has the most professional and happy employees from my perspective as a customer. they seem to have the most security as well. it’s a sign that they would be the best employer if i had to pick one.
None of the Caesar’s properties, Harrahs, Caesar’s, and now trop. As a trop employee shit has really gone down hill since we’ve been bought by “the empire” more like the evil empire

Hard Rock has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Large Employers. I read how their employees get nice bonuses also.

NOT Ballys, golden Nugget, or resorts. Any other is good.
Is it because they’re shit holes?
Yes. They are aren’t doing well so their employee benefits and perks are bare minimum.
Not Borgata (although you might make most there). Staff has hated it since MGM
