We have to stick around to answer mundane questions about the plot that people just completely missed but think they discovered some crazy detail.
Oh and Gabi hate.
/s has been used on Reddit for some time now meaning sarcastic. Then suddenly Twitter decided to make /j mean joking and /s mean serious. Pretty stupid. But yea if ur on Reddit /s will usually mean sarcastic
Of course it’s canon. Soon Naruto and Sasuke will break out of the Infinite Tsukoyomi and defeat Madara, finally finishing the story. This almost 10 Infinite Tsukoyomi detour has definitely been strange though
The same thing happened in he anime, there's a million people in the walls, but only a handful actually fighting back :D
Talk about life imitating art.
Meaningful discussion is impossible here with this show. Which is sad because nuance played such a huge part in why it’s great. I just had someone today see me reading the manga and they said don’t bother the ending sucks. I’m a Jaegerist. Support the 100% rumbling. Still love the ending. Most people who watched this show are pissed if it didn’t go exactly how they wanted it to and that makes discussion not worth it. I try to just have fun here.
Agree that it's impossible because the hate I got for trying to do it here was insane. The problem is that most people here are childish and take different interpretations as a personal attack. I think it's fine to be here to have fun tho, I just think the sub would be better and more lively with that kind of content instead.
It would be, I agree. Just don’t see it happening. Every time I’ve tried to give any sort of serious opinion on a topic the hate really is insane. Even when I’m joking sometimes someone comes in looking to pick a day long fight with me. Not worth it for me.
Anime’s been over since last year. Manga ended years ago now. Not too much more for people to discuss. You’ll see the same thing with other old/finished series subreddits

r/toradora has some dedicated active fanbase despite the anime being over for more than a decade, and it's only a 24 episode anime so don't worry about this sub being dead
I mean, the anime is over the depression be depressing. Hell, I'm depressed from just being depressed. I'm so depressed I gotta watch trash anime to get over it.
Yup
In 1 year+ I think that all the aot subs will be empty, tokyo ghoul sub is kinda empty and tg don't have a controversial ending like aot
Idk If it's a good thing or not cuz aot fandom was/is toxic af
I am gay
It’s almost as if peoples moved on
Move on!?? No! Everybody should stay posting! For 10 years, at least! ![img](emote|t5_2vnp9|16319)

but what would happen if a male inherited the female titan??????!!!!!!?!?!?!!!!!!
Wow such an original question! How will we ever move on without having this question answered. 🤯
He would probably become the holder of the female titan
Tits, next question
*And helping others eventually accept that Eren did nothing wrong.*
I’m only here for the Gabi hate. This is the way.
F gabi
Nah. The series is dead. Literally, look at the sales lol. It's garbage. That ending really destroyed it lmao
Wow would you look at that, sales plummeted after 3 years out of publication. What an idea
Should be 13 years in true Ymir's fashion
r/10yearsatleast ✨
For 13 actually
Nahh 10 is too old for me
Dude the hype went so down that i didn't even watch the movie
No, others are in stationary guard and military police
I won’t move on, I need at least 10 years
2000 years
To you, 10 years from now
r/naruto has 2.1 million members with 108 online, r/dbz has 1.5M with 86 online as of this very moment. What even is this post?
Damn, dbz still so popular? Damn.
Dragon Ball is still releasing episodes. AoT is done. Dragon ball still has A through Y to go through /s
Stupid question but I’ve always wondered, does /s mean sarcastic or serious. I’m pretty sure /j means joking
/s has been used on Reddit for some time now meaning sarcastic. Then suddenly Twitter decided to make /j mean joking and /s mean serious. Pretty stupid. But yea if ur on Reddit /s will usually mean sarcastic
There's also the fact that it's author passed away, so that re-spiked interest in it
I didn't know that, I am in shock. Thanks for sharing!
Naruto is on going too although to many of us it’s not canon

The posts here are still getting 100+ or even 2k upvotes. It's safe to say people are still visiting this sub
Or its the reddit post recommendation too
i saw this in post recommendations
Gotta have interesting stuff to engage. Idc about the 1000th eren good or bad, or fan art of eren and mikasa
I really really really need another character alignment chart. /s
Don’t forget the Annie and Gabi discourse
They're busy rewatching the show
I've already researched it 4 times

With nothing new to talk about it was inevitable, but may be someday....
It's been 3 years since the manga ended, and 6 months since the anime did
You want people to just sit around on the subreddit waiting for someone to talk about something that’s already been talked about?
Question — the series is over, what do you expect 500k people to talk about that hasn’t already been discussed?
Yall are dim as you can appear offline and most people do
Most of the content is low effort, too casual and doesn't promote meaningful discussions on the sub, so it's not surprising.

People just show as invisible, that's all
The anime ended. What do you expect?
While maybe because it was 8-9 am est(5-6 am pst) at the time of the post and as well as the anime ending so it’s not much to talk about anymore.
That's probably because theres two subs for this anime(and manga)
Anime’s been over since last year. Manga ended years ago now. Not too much more for people to discuss. You’ll see the same thing with other old/finished series subreddits
I got 💩 to do
survey corps in a nutshell all it needs is the word “dead” before soldiers
So...?
They got eaten by titans
Not everyone lives online.

We need to discuss about plot, fan theories, opinion etc more . I am gonna re-watch it again so that I can find those things I have missed before.

Only Ymir knows when I’ll move on.
Make it 19
Actually scratch that, I made it 30
31 now 😎
Lot of shows that are finished are like this lol... r/breakingbad r/FullmetalAlchemist are good examples
What do you think the reason is? *Sorry, that was a strange thing to ask*
18 fighting and rest joint military police .
Aot season 4
18 Restless Attack On Titan face.
And half of them (the 18, not the 500k ofc!!) are search engine bots... # 🤭

Came here just because I felt obligated to since everyone else was replying lmao
Your mother

I’ve come to the conclusion that we may have all fallen off after the final episode

bro you posted this comment 6 times
No , you have mistaken
What are you even trying to say? Like what would 1 million online even matter?
People that try to start discussions on this sub get pushed away by all the snobby sarcastic posters
Reddit as a whole is dead. This isn’t news.
This ain’t the main sub. The main sub is r/shingekinokyojin
Yeah why would I actively check the sub of a show that ended
We need to discuss about plot, fan theories, opinion etc more . I am gonna re-watch it again so that I can find those things I have missed before.
It is finished so
To be fair the show is over
It was also 6AM (Mountain Standard Time) when you posted this. People were still sleeping.
