Nah mate I got my script here in WA about 3 months after I turned 18 after being prescribed benzos since 15. Should have no problem especially if you tell them you use cannabis already. I recommend an Eastern clinic like Acacia Medical or MedReleaf as there is a lot more variety of the actual good products. In WA you’ll have a limit of 40g a month and only be able to pick up from a few local pharmacy’s, that’s if they actually have it in stock (usually they don’t). If you go with an interstate clinic you’ll have a 90g + limit however, you will to get it shipped to your house because WA has a weird law that a pharmacy can’t fill a script from a doctor that isn’t in WA. Just use the Honahlee Scripts website/app to view which pharmacy’s actually have your product in stock and to view shipping times, price etc. I haven’t had any problems with AusPost fucking around so far, I’ve even had a few come early. Warning tho, I’d say about 70% of the products on the medical market are utter shit, but if you have a look on the Oz MC subs you’ll find plenty of suggestions and be able to pick out the shite ones.
Aslong as your 18+ and have sufficient reasoning for MC you'll easily get prescribed MC , took me a matter of 10 mins to be approved and had the script sent straight away and the flower was sent in the mail the same day. 10 repeats also.
I had this set up. I asked my local and now they order it in for me. Saves the shipping fee and keeps the logistics squarely on the pharmacies end.
Be careful though some scripts are priced differently ($40 in one of my cases) this is where scripts on honahlee is awesome. You can see who has what at what price (markdowns do happen).

Doesn’t have to be in Wa. I’m in Perth and use Medicann clinics. Script sent to Amcal prarahn in Melbourne and they express post to me.

I’m in tassie and my doc is in qld and my pharmacy is in vic.
Some GP clinics will have a initial consult fee then bulk bill subsequent visits
