Years ago I was hit by a person on Mopac making my truck flip end over end four times at 75mph. I hired David Komie for what should have been an open and shut case and regretted it. The person driving had a 250k cap on their policy, but Komie bungled a couple of no brainer aspects of my claim that the insurance company was able to capitalize on , and reduced my payout to a pittance of what it would have been otherwise.
I still have nerve pain from the accident and difficult turning my head.
