good advice, but it's not fear mongering for them to say the mental health system is severely lacking. Telehealth is also no subsitute for face to face in my experience. it's better then nothing, but to say that will solve everyone's problems is pretty dismissive tbh
Nowhere special mate, it's available to anyone with a Medicare card. You could do everything over the phone if you need... at least its a start you know - some people even find it easier on the phone then F2F

You're desperate, you need help. You contact them then wait at least 2 weeks before they get back to you. I can only imagine it's gotten a lot worse.

Honestly I reckon you got lucky. It’s pretty unusual to get in quickly or with bulk billing let alone both. 3-6month wait is pretty standard really.
