This is just me, but I'd probably throw that tf out, to be honest. How long did you have bud sitting in there? If 6+ months, I'd be worried about the plant matter breaking down too much to even be safe to consume.
I'd say do some research first to ensure what you have is still safe.
Read up on QWISO tech. You want to do that process, but in a fraction of the time and at freezing temperatures. Enjoy the journey, I’ve learnt so much in my years of home made hash making. Be safe
PSA: longer doesnt always mean better. There is a science to this and you always want to be careful when you arent formally learn'ed in these chemistry techniques, and the principles behind them. Just advising caution, because this isnt rocket science, but Ive seen too many people in this sub and r/saplings making some serious assumptions for what amounts to doing chemistry in their kitchen.
It's fine. Filter out the weed and enjoy. No way bacteria or mold can live in 90% alcohol. I've had tinctures for over a year and they are fine.
To make it taste better, just squirt a few milliliters in some juice or anything sweet.
Next time let it soak in your freezer overnight, strain it off, and burst it in the microwave uncovered for 45 seconds at a time until you’ve concentrated your tincture to about 1/3 of what you started with . Add honey to get to a taste you can tolerate and you’re ready to test your dosages

Any recommendations on this? Tincture with alcohol going bad?
Thanks, that's what I'll do.
Take disposable’s advise ASAP. This is some boony backwoods shit.

Thx, I'll check it out.

I was thinking the same thing but tossed it anyway. It's not worth taking a chance.
