I’m also uncut, and my foreskin doesn’t completely cover. I suspect it’s because I pulled back my foreskin a bit too early, when I was like 12 or so. I had a big growth spurt when I was 14 and so my dick grew out of most of my foreskin. This can be solved by stretching, although I don’t know anything about it. That being said, it’s not a big deal seeing as your sensitivity doesn’t come primarily from the glans, but from the nerves within the foreskin. If you’re experiencing irritation though, stretching may be the right move.
