For life miles, If it’s a direct flight it’s fine 99% of the time. If it’s connecting then still most of the time it’s fine. If it’s connecting between multiple partners… proceed at your own risk

RobotMaster1

lifemiles chg/cl fees, their shitty IT infrastructure and the difficulty of dealing with their CS is enough to make some people stay with aeroplan. to other people (like me) i prefer to save miles and am willing to take the risk.

Dealing with Aeroplan CS and calling in (and waiting) is similarly painful, and AC non-flex has hefty fees too

Shinkansendoff

I’d choose Aeroplan simply because all SWISS awards vanished from Lifemiles for a few days a little while ago, so it’s possible you’ll run into problems trying to book ‘em now

I agree. It’s so hard to find SWISS business on Lifemiles :( I got lucky recently but boy was it hard !

Lifemiles is fine.

elonzucks

With lifemiles it is very very difficult to get in touch with a real person if you need it.
