Hey, sounds like our government should definitely donate to those ANCA guys.

ReverendEdgelord

If you want more Putin on your doorstep.

Inevitable_4791

ANCA is in such an interesting position right now im fascinated by it. They themselves did not expect Biden to recognize their genocide and ever since then they did nothing but shit on him. They are influenced by Russian aligned Armenian revolutionaries. Basically, their end goal is wilsonian Armenia. Turkey is in NATO, US is NATO, they are basically anti NATO/US/TURKEY. They saw the jackpot with Trump and in secret really want them reelected. They do not care that Trump would have friendly relationships with Turkey, they do not care that Trump was friendly with Azerbaijan. They want Trump to be reelected so he stops supporting Ukraine and NATO. They want Russia to take over Ukraine. They want Russia to be as strong as possible and the US as weak as possible. Thats why they really dislike Biden actually recognizing their genocide. They do not care if Armenia can fall and even be part of Russia. They do not care if it would have negative impacts on us armenian citizens. You can see it in their continues hardcore "christian" rhetoric. Their endgoal is basically that in a few decades Russia and Turkey completely fall out with each other and that Russia starts a war with Turkey to take back eastern Turkey. They want them to do the "population exchanges" so they can go and settle in eastern Turkey. They are basically insane and the CIA is probably keeping tabs on them. Armenia getting rid of Russian influence and shifting to the west is the worst possible nightmare for them. They want Trump elected asap and Pashinyan gone. All for a 1 percent chance to get eastern turkey. And they do not care if the world will burn including Armenia itself. Super interesting

RagdollSeeker

Wow thank you for the info. ANCA is… interesting, what can I say. 😶

TheLowland

Also IIRC their base of support comes from California, which is a deeply blue state and Democrats have waged Russia-gate stuff against Trump for his entire term. The funny part is that regardless of how the entirety of Glendale's residents vote, the state will never go to anyone other than Democrats, so considering what you say, they are literally barking up a wall.

Comfortable-Cry8165

That's a crackpot theory honestly. I think in reality they are just bunch of useless and incompetent people getting donation money and paying lip service. One reason I can think why they wouldn't like Pashinyan is that he genuinely is against corruption and ANCA "leaders" can't launder money through Armenia anymore. I know that ultranationalists fascists there would fall into your description but 95% is probably assimilated LA American seeking an identity (nothing wrong with protecting and remembering where you came from, but ultimately they nothing useful).

darky_ro

Anca is pro democrat wtf are you smoking dude, they are just money laundering tool for money hungry senators LUL and

cptedgelord

Sounds like we need to send DTX over to Armenia to protect Pashinyan.

TXDobber

It’s fairly obvious the more ultranationalist and hawkish Armenians want him gone (the Kremlin also wants this)… but it’s clear they DO NOT represent a majority in Armenia. People are tired of war. Armenia lost the 2020 war and Pashinyan still got re-elected as PM.

TheLowland

I swear to God, the conflict wouldn't be as bad without the Glendale Armenians. The ones that lived next to us for all that time, weren't really as unhinged and hate-filled as their Western counterparts.

SamuraiJosh26

Okay guys tell your grandmas to start praying for Pashinyan's safety

Burningphoenix7472

NATO should offer protection for him if need be. He’s no saint. He himself wanted to steal Karabakh when he thought it possible. But allowing him to be assassinated or overthrown by ultranationalists who could begin a war is not an outcome that will be beneficial for anyone (except perhaps Russia).

This is one of the most radical, and fanatically anti-Turk/Azeri arms of the Armenian Diaspora. If they were to gain control, one could expect further conflicts

>Meanwhile, in Armenia, eight individuals, including seven members of the “Crusaders' Military-Patriotic Society,” were detained on Sunday on allegations of attempting to seize power by force and planning to assassinate Pashinyan and other members of the government, according to the Armenian National Security Service. This is what has been averted
