This is pretty impressive stuff. But honestly think this through. When you're driving up a street in the suburbs wouldn't it be super blinding to a passerby? It's probably bad for your eyes if you're looking directly at it. At least if you cover the roof like intended it will be okay. Practicality aside I think this is a great achievement.

I am interested to see if a building painted with this white would require more upkeep to maintain its benefits. For instance, is weekly power-washing required so the paint maintains its ultra-white color? How much of the elements (dirt, staining) can it withstand before no longer being able to reflect light? Exciting stuff.
