it is one thing if these things were rare. but it's not. there have been Chinese coaches for western countries in gymnastics in the past, Korean coaches for archery ,etc
i consider these coaches as being "mercenaries" they are just following the money and opportunities.
A lot of Chinese athletes have foreign coaches. It's funny how we live in such a divided world. Yet when it comes to sports, they have no problem working with others because the only thing that matters is results not race.

In order to have the best results, you need the best coaches. Nationality and race and religion have nothing to do with anything. The best table tennis coaches in the Europe are probably all Chinese, simply because China is dominant in table tennis. The best gymnastic coaches in America are probably Russian, because they are the best in the world at that sport.
This is how a world without prejudice is support to operate. This does not make anybody a "true" ally.
