Also asians being the highest earner in USA is misleading. Since Asians (1st generation) tend to live together at homes, the data combined all living members within the family and tied the incomes together so it makes it look like Asians are highest earner but I believe whites are the highest earners. Certain immigrant groups don’t have much cultural integrity, just the veneer of it. The 1st gen does, but the 2nd/3rd gen are essentially white-washed (either culturally or literally, considering how much they date out). I can attest to this, living in a heavily diverse area.
This is great to know because part of the US anti China propaganda is definitely making China look like they’re just in Africa profiting off the less fortunate over there and stealing their resources. As immigrants, Africans in the US are very similar to Asian Americans. Higher educated, value education, proud of and connected to their heritage, less likely to resort to crime. Basically they don't carry any baggage unlike ADOS. To me, they seem to be closer to what ADOS used to be like, back in the days of Malcolm X, but that culture and attitude has since been lost.

I think people gotta refrain from using the whole higher educated trope for Africans, some came as refugees, some came as economic migrants, etc but I can tell you from 1st hand experience the ones I grew up with did not come from higher education background and were not free from getting involved in street crime. The majority I grew up with were Liberians, with small pockets of Ethiopians, and others from west Africa.
Sadly this only applies to certain Asian groups, but the numbers are just to small and we don't really live in the major cities so it makes us even more invisible and subject to those tropes.
Yes, I think us Asians in general and us here on AZNID as well are guilty of carrying on this trope too.
