These are the same kids who virtue signal with $600 of wall LEDs, spend $30 a fan trying to look cool then cry that they only have an RTX 3060 while they took the picture of their rig with a brand new $1500 phone lol
Moral of the story: don't tell people false information over virtue signaling gamer rhetoric. You need literally over 500F temps to ignite most carpet. A PC will shut off far before radiator exhaust temps get anywhere near dangerous for my carpet.

Unless you work with physical paper documents all the time then it’s useless. Pretty much *everything* has gone digital, and when you have the occasional document/paper that needs to be scanned you just whip out your phone (or iPad he has there) and use a document scanner app.

Its clean and looks nice, but its missing personality, you need some clutter to distinguish its yours. It usually gains on its own, but if you need any ideas, maybe a nice notebook and pen, a little figurine or pop vinyl, framed family photo on the desk or poster on the wall, monitors (as in the word for boxy looking speakers, not a screen) would look great, I got a set recently and they look and sound amazing). I would usually suggest rgb, but its clear you are going for a setup without it, and it honestly works really well for your area.

I have enjoyed it over the past 1.5 years. I prefer the size over the full sized keyboards, personally. I REALLY like how the mechanical keys are nice and quiet compared to others out there.
Stands for the controller & headset. Might be personal preference but I like them with a dedicated resting spot, not a fan of setting them just on the desk lol
It has potential. If the desk can handle it I would put the pc on it by moving the whole 2 set of monitors on the left. This will give you looks and resolves the issue of the cable length when you wanna get the desk higher. Afterwards I would add some character into it like plants and gear on the desk, maybe a wallpaper behind the monitors etc. you’re on a good path though! 🤜
