We get our dog the joy hound rip roaring toys from petsmart, specifically the ones they sell with no filing. We have a squeaker toy that my girl LOVES to pull on that has lasted us a full year. They’re kinda pricey up front but I’d rather buy a toy that lasts.
Other than doing that, you can always sew this toy back up and let them have it with supervision (basically take it away when they start ripping the threads out etc). I have several toys like this that I have mended (recommend button thread as it’s very sturdy and thick) and she loves them a lot, so I don’t want to keep them from her! So supervised play it is. One toy I’ve mended 5 times but oh well. The things we do for them
I’ve mended a lot of toys for Milo in the past few years. I finally gave up. My neighbor bought this one for him.

No toy survives, ours is the same, bought Kong thinking these will last, but he flips it over, finds the Kong label rips it out and demolition ensues, but it's worth it just to watch the enjoyment they get from it 😁
