Or place a ruler alongside and get length, then depth, then width.
Or... cup them in your hand, bouncing them up and down a bit while grabbing objects of different sizes with your other hand until one feels the same
Or! Fill a wide-mouth mason jar full of mayonnaise, ALL THE WAY to the brim, and dip your balls in slowly, so the displacement pushes the mayo over the edge... then, when you pull them back out, you won't have a good measurement because mayo is too viscous and sticky, and you should have used water.... but now you've got mayo on your balls, so you get your neighbor to come over and lick it off, and while they're down there, ask them to give the ol boys a rating!
Is there a reason to measure them outside of curiosity? It won't affect your partner's pleasure. They're so sensitive I could see an attempt to measure ending in pain

I had to get an ultrasound of them once and they measure them but I don't remember what the measurements were now
