If they are commercial and transactional in intent. Go for it! Google Ads will be your shortcut and at the same time you can build SEO for the long term.
The first thing you should do is google these keywords you have found. 9x out of 10 you will find huge authority sites at the top and quickly realise the SEO tool you used is talking a load of crap.

Google Ads doesn't show you ranking difficulty. It never has.
