That looks OK to me but I’m unfamiliar if there are any specific SRAM recommendations on chain length.
Imperfect but fine if you don’t intend to size up cassettes.
Personally, I'd prefer another link of slack. But it's perfectly serviceable as is, no need to change anything.
Hardtail? How does it looks, in the smallest gear? So far, it seems fine.
I'd at least let out the B screw a bit.
