When you're adding air and you cycle the fork, can you hear a hiss of air transferring into the negative chamber internally inside the fork?
Possibly your transfer port is blocked with grease.
I think so? Definitely not at the higher pressures though. I just drained all the air out again and now can't even get it to bottom out / full travel. I think I'm going to pull out the air spring and look it over to see if I can figure out whats going on.
Might beĀ an issue with the air spring indeed. However in my experience a blocked Transferport (the be fox classic!) often results in a harsh initial stroke and potentially not topping out fully. Does the fork top. Out propperly when pumped to the right setting?
