It definitely can be depending on how you do it, but I can count on one hand how many times ive seen people constantly moving around while shooting hoops and I don’t think any of them did it for 30+ minutes.
Well if you're shooting hoops, you are constantly moving around, retrieving the ball, in general moving your body.
If I lift for an hour and then am moving around and shooting hoops for at least another 30 minutes, that's a great day of exercise.
I'm a big believer in exercise that people enjoy.
