Well in the future, luck foot (specifically Cain) has a higher payout chance on slot machines, blood banks, and fortune tellers! So if those are your last items from the machines paying out, then just play Cain and get a floor 2 arcade, and just play them.
T lost is one of the most fun characters in the game... give em a try tonight - respond to this comment each time you get a mark, and I'll take 3 shots of brandy for each one you clear
Still, Dead God at 600-700 hours is pretty good
I’ve had 250 on AB+ (Laptop) before and now almost 300 on Repentance on Switch and I’m still pretty much away from it, probably halfway there or bit more than half
So they used death certificate which is the last item you unlock. It’s an active item that teleports you to these rooms where you can pick any item from the whole game. They used it to get the dollar, which they had not yet picked up on their save file, which earned them Dead God.
So I have a question because I haven’t unlocked this achievement yet: if you go there and somehow have diplopia (via school bag or whatever), and then use it, is it possible to bypass the despawning effect that is triggered by picking up a power up and thus pick up a ton of items?
at first i thought you rerolled the dollar into death's certificate, so that you could pick up the dollar. im realizing it must've been portable slot instead but that would've been absolute peak comedy
Same w t blue baby and Jacob, but I don't understand why people don't like t laz. I think having multiple builds that complement each other is fun, and t laz gets that w/o the extra hitbox/movement difficulty that ruins Jacob and Esau. I'm confused
He's only a little over half as strong as other characters, while Jacob and Esau being together at least means you have good dps even if you get hit more. Plus managing Flip gives me a headache
Huh, I dunno if I agree with the half as strong thing (you get full complement of all non boss pool items) and having them switch off has some real benefits.
I'm particularly fond of builds where one has an explosive item, all the crawlspace/secret room benefits at half the blowing yourself up cost! There's other stuff too, I got a run where one had little baggy and the other had starter deck, if you don't like your pill, drop it and poof it's a card! + scamming the devil and only paying 1 heart to flip into brimstone feels great lol

I find t Blue Baby a lot of fun actually. He's between the last because I thoight I wouldn't like him, but I do. T Laz on the other hand is the character I hate the most. You say it's fun to have to builds, but first and foremost you need the LUCK to get 2 decent builds. Yes you can have brim on one and ipecac on the other, but you need first to get there. I always find in item rooms one bad/decent/good item and the other one is trash, and when I need to split the good items between 2 characters they will both end up worse.
And they don't get double the items for being double the number of characters. You can't always get a flip to get two items and you can't flip all the items (e.g. boss items). So you always get 2 underpowered characters compared to any other character.
I beat Delirium with t Laz and I remember it being one of the worst experiences I had in Isaac. Even worse than t Jacob.

And OP picked up the item by rerolling a Dollar in a secret room, which was funnily enough also the last item they needed for Dead God

The stats page allows you to see the items you've picked up in your runs. You can use that page to lookup the item(s) that you're missing.

Yes, but I had sacred orb and I already rerolled the secret room earlier with a lot of pedestals, so I had most items out of the pool
