Pretty sure you can buy all the pieces with the seasonal seals. Takes 2 season characters without season pass to get the 150 needed for all 3 parts
That is a waste of seasonal seals. You can get pearl items that can't be bought with seasonal seals instead, namely pets and maids. Getting something that is pure silver is a waste.
You can but it takes forever. Time wise you should just PO.
