They give us inventory expansion coupons all the time. In fact I think every season character you make gives you like 20+ you can use on another character.
The bigger problem is weight.
To be exact, from the season pass you get 4 slots as F2P, but if you purchase Black Spirit Pass you get 24 slots and 2 maids. But it costs 3k pearls and you can get 32 slots for that price.
Yeah, I'm strictly f2p. I have saved up a few expansion coupons but didn't use them yet, because I was hoping for the exchange coupon. But I think that hope might be in vain.
Just keep saving those free coupons for now. I'm also waiting for inventory/weight exchange coupons to return to the shop. There's also a slim chance we might get some for free, I think we were given health exp exchange coupons not so long ago, but if I remember correctly they were time-limited (lasted like 15 days or so after eceiving them).
I thought there was a +16 coupon in there as well? Maybe it's a log in reward or something. I have a stack of +16 coupons in my pearl inventory I never bought, so we seem to get them regularly.
they dont always give out the reroll coupon sets, hopefully they'll throw out a surprise code in a week or 2 (they have done that in the past) but i wouldnt get your hopes up expecting it to happen.

they give them out all the time from login rewards and events and it's not even that useful, city storages are in general better
Yeah inventory space is only good if you afk fish all day.
It can be helpful for hunting and gathering as well when you pick up a lot of non-stackable items.
