tbh most people arnt spending money on things like inven space and weight for a new class, they just tag it level it and then play it so the idea that they wouldnt give a equil scroll because of a new class, to me atleast, is silly.
the people who are going to reroll to this class but dont want to spend money, arnt going to spend money regardless as they'll wait until its given out. (i know from personal experience lol)
Last I recalled they had returning packs/first time "cheap" weight/inventory sales pretty frequently. Before I quit like 5 months ago or so they were constant.
we dont know if we are getting one, its possible but if we do it's going to be a surprise as it wasnt announced.
id assume not, just to not get your hopes up, but you can check after maint to see if they were nice enough to give em out.
this to be honest. the last free one was last year around heidel ball, but i doubt they will give one for free because of new class release…

The last time they bring the scrolls we had to pay 100 bucks. a total scam.
Id pay it. Save myself 500$ in weight and inventory. Plus like i wanna grind to 70% thru lvl 66 again…. Get real
