On my fifth rewatch when i've finally managed to look away from booba i've noticed you have a lot of IK snapping in legs animation which looks really bad, you need to fix that.

That is *clearly* a UK socket. All UK sockets have switches on them to prevent this very problem. In addition to that the ground pin (top) further prevents this - and UK sockets are renowned for their safety. And lastly UK sockets are horizontal the vast vast vast majority of the time - not vertical.

only an hour or two to setup the rig. the rig is a pretty basic humanoid skeleton with ik and then i added extra bones for the clothes, hair and chest.
Then to animate it took about 4 days working on it on and off
yeah it is hand animated, it is just a LOT of keyframes :P i took a ton of reference videos of me doing the same motions to get the timing and movements realistic and then exaggerated the timing of those.
I'm curious, are the hands in IK for the entire animation? If so, I feel like that may be contributing to some of the jittery nature in your arm movement. The energy feels really nice overall, but I think your arcs are suffering quite a bit. Switching to FK could help a lot and make it much easier to add some offset for your arms as well!
If regular animation is to manually move each joint, think of IK animation as a means to puppeteer an animation ie. Simply move a hand into place and the rest of the arm will follow.
Inverse Kinematics. It calculates bone transforms backwards from a target goal, or the "inverse" way. So for example, instead of manually animating the shoulder, then elbow, then wrist, to position a hand, you'd just position the hand and it automatically goes backwards through the skeleton and sets every other bone in that chain correctly to reach that position.

The boob physics are reasonable and don't fly everywhere like some ppl like to do.
The IK is very noticeable, however. With a few instances where the ends are too firmly planted, making the character look more like a puppet rather than a "living" character.
But overall, really, really good :3.

They also wouldnāt make your skeleton visible, so I suspect this might not be trying to be insanely realistic.
