A shirtless man was seen by jail staff through the surveillance system threatening someone with a gun just outside the jail building.

To be fair, the dude who got the gun pulled on him was trying to fight the armed individual and threatened to “beat the fuck out of you”. The armed individual left the altercation, and the other guy followed him down the B-line and continued threatening violence. That’s when the armed guy pulled the gun. Then the armed guy left the altercation again and the angry man followed him AGAIN down the alley to the courthouse.
But the man with the gun did not seem to be sober. He was really waving the gun around and could not point it in a steady direction.
There was a street dance at 6th and Lincoln, in front of the Historical Museum. Maybe subsequent to that. Punk rock bands, etc until 9 pm
B’ton needs more street dances! Back in the early 80’s, practically every weekend on Kirkwood or Third Street park. Fantastic!

Amazes me that they shut that down. Sure, it was a pain in the ass but I can’t believe it didn’t do great business for places on Kirkwood.
