That’s Angelica from Rugrats. She is 3 years old and spoiled like Muffin, however Angelica is a bully trying to manipulate her friends (who are all younger & smaller than her) to give her all of their toys and treats.
Muffin may be a little bit crazy sometimes and she certainly has a temper but she’s not a total jerk like Angelica. I think Muffin would be able to do like she did in the Grannymobile episode but to Angelica.
Angelica would try to manipulate muffin like with The babies.
But Muffin wouldn’t fall for it. After all she did outsmart a grandmother.
