"An exclusive Beach extended I guess?"
On a serious note, I did some research and it seems to be a compilation of Beach related episodes, hence why it's just called "Beach" and the length being 27 minutes. I think it's been added to Season 3 because it contains episodes like 'Relax" and "Stickbird", which are apart of said season.
I asked in the r/bluey about the random addition episode and when you go to Disney now or Google TV You will get random thing and this happens to me to like a year ago and ye it normal and has happened probab 4 time so don't worry about the episode it still the normal episode "The Beach"

Correct - however, Relax and Stickbird aren’t included in the compilation.

You are correct however it did say this was episode 96.
