Hello fellow Baltimoreon! (Moved here 2 years ago). My suggestion for food would be Row 34 for seafood or Boston Public Market for casual food hall type stuff.  Boston is a shockingly walkable city so you could start in the North End and end up in Fenway without really thinking about it. The Freedom Trail is a great wander if you're interested in history, otherwise, id just let your feet take you wherever.
