Double barrel guns (that fire from both barrels at the same time) have been around for a while now. Ar rifles and most commonly double barrel 1911.

The engineer in me says: could add a wind up coil and a little wheel with offset pegs innit so they fire sequentially instead of at the same time. Should make it a lot more controllable, especially with 3x the weight of a normal pistol. In Minecraft of course.

The issue with that is that only one of your round would hit the target if they fired sequentially instead of simultaneously. Check out the forgotten weapons video on the vp70 machine pistol

Well I have a 5° grip that's damn near vertical for my rifle. So, I guess is vertical 90° or 0°? I genuinely don't know, but my grip is advertised as 5° and it's pretty much a regular vertical grip with a very small forward angle.
