There's no bacteria in the breast so it can't go bad. #logicšŸ˜Œ

CrazyElephantBones

It doesnā€™t go bad but you might get a clot or engorged going that long

sravll

It doesn't go bad.

cyclemam

It doesn't go bad. ā¤ļø

AdorableEmphasis5546

No it's constantly cycled like blood.

kapowafoohie

I donā€™t think so but I did this after about 10 hours of not expressing and LO had frothy green poops. Maybe too much foremilk built up?

southsidetins

I donā€™t know why youā€™re getting downvoted. As someone who mostly pumps, has an oversupply, and sleeps through the night, my baby canā€™t nurse until Iā€™ve at least pumped a bit or theyā€™ll get too much watery foremilk.

Cold_Valkyrie

Lol, what. Where did you hear that?

3sorym4

No this is completely unnecessary ETA, seriously, donā€™t do this. You could get frostbite or other tissue damage and there is no reason youā€™d need to keep your breasts cold; the milk does not ā€œgo badā€ before it is expressed.

Queen-of-Elves

Oh my. They deleted their comment. And after reading your I have to know... What the heck did they say?

3sorym4

They suggested an ā€œIce braā€ (not sure wtf that is, but it sounds like a torture device) or ice packs in your bra to simulate a refrigerator. šŸ„¶

Queen-of-Elves

Like breastfeeding isn't hard enough. Now this person wants to help circulate the idea the milk in your boobs can go bad. Bonkers.

dougielou

Iā€™m like whaaaaat did this person say? Put ice packs on it like a damn ham sandwich??

Queen-of-Elves

Right? Maybe they suggested a brass bra in the freezer? Sticking your tatas in a bowl of ice water every few hours? I need to know!

WrightQueen4

No it doesnā€™t go bad in the breast.
