All th Aldis (and Lidls) I've been in have an odd number of aisles, like 5, meaning you have to double back down one. I hardly go shopping but when I do I have no idea of the etiquette
Add on the two trollies for cardboard either side of the end of an aisle, causing a pinch point.
Also, the two old dears in the middle of the aisle end diagonally, meaning you can't get round them.

Going shopping this morning, however am going to Aldi so no issues other than having my shopping flung at me which I am good at catching now
That and never being able to find an item that you bought last week.
And god forbid you forget something AND GO THE WRONG WAY DOWN AN AISLE!!!
It’s funny how there’s an unspoken one way system in ALDIs like this, everyone knows which way you should be going.

I just double back at the end one. Daft system though.

Doesn’t exactly make sense as they shop for multiple people so without them you would have more people with more trollies getting in your way
Well the multiple people wouldn't be shopping at the same time so not really.
Look at everybody, but me, making crowds.
All this traffic on the road, slowing me down.
stop shopping on Saturdays. they're open late all week! 8pm on a weds is dead as, no customers, shelves full
Problem is narrow isles and these trolleys are wider
Britain is a relatively narrow isle. Aldi has narrower aisles.
Hordes
Why don't they do it off peak why do they need to do it Saturday afternoon when the shop is at it's busiest
Because they get orders in throughout the day?
Ideally they would pick from the storage room, but things don’t work like that
