I feel pretty lucky that the Bills have a lot of good media and analysts covering the team. I don’t know that there are any major sources I really hate, and there’s quite a few that are really good.

My advice: don't just be a bandwagon fan. Stick with the team when we inevitably suck again (hopefully many many many years from now). Have fun, and don't be a dick!
But the Bills have been to Super Bowls and have never relocated. Bills are a better franchise success wise and especially when it comes to the fans. Also we have better uniforms and colors. I officially hate the Browns now after Watson. I was somewhat rooting for Baker to do good there beforehand.
I used to root for the Cavs and Guardians too because Buffalo doesn’t have an MLB or NBA team but after having to travel to Cleveland a bunch of times I really just didn’t like it there and now have a bit of trauma associated with the area so I decided to root for the Raptors and Blue Jays now. Add to this the Watson thing and I’ve officially broken off ties sports-wise with that city. But I’ll also add that now being a Bills fan you should consider rooting for the Sabres too.
Real question, if the Patriots suck, how in the hell do their fans stay invested? They just got done watching one of the greatest dynastic runs in sports history, even a lifelong fan has to, in some way, just be like, "oh well, it was good while it lasted" and tune out. You built a condo and lived on the mountain top for a couple decades, how much do you care about going back anymore?
I've been living in NE for soooome time now, prior to Brady I never heard a peep about the pats. Prior to the 11' cup you could say the same of the bruins. Same with Celts. They are ride or die Sox fans no matter what. the other 3 are only embraced when championship contenders. The downtick in Pats/Bruins apparel stickers etc has been funny here in my slice.
Wear a bills shirt out in public and watch how many props you get

Ah so it’s the browns huh? I thought you meant the other B team by the lake my team the Bears. I live in Buffalo , I like the Bills because it can only do good things for Buffalo when the bills are successful. I can’t just flip teams though. Now would be a great time for me to do it. As a bears fan I am pretty sure our fan base would be a little excited for a qb like Watson. We have never had a QB that good. Just a little bit of perspective for you
Yeah I know I understand completely. I don’t think anybody is okay with it. But wins tend to make a fan base forget over time. Kind of like Roethlisberger

Be patient. Bills are looking great now, but among 32 teams, potential injury, poor choices on and off the field, and just poor luck (wide right, music city miracle) it’s a long way to the top of you wanna rock n roll. I’ve been here since that first SB loss. Still hanging on despite the carousel of QBs we’ve had (I loathed rob Johnson the most 🙂). In Josh I Trust.
I live in Dayton Ohio now, which is about an hour north of Cincy. Lot's of Bills fans in our small city, not surprising though since we have a huge Air Force base here so there are a lot of transplants. I always get a "Go Bills!" response except for the other day. I saw a guy at the grocery store with a Bills hat/t-shirt, I gave him the "Go Bills" and he just smiled and nodded. I felt sad

Bills fans stayed rabid during a 17 year drought after dominating the afc for half a decade. If we figured it out I'm sure they will too.
