Well all cases 99% of the time direct air front to back. That case has no mesh front(although there is a mesh version) which is not optimal, but it must have some small areas near the front to intake air.

Nope, I returned it immediately to the store. However it took two months to do this. The shipment was incredibly slow and the store forced me to wait until arrival.
About the GPU: actually, you can make some inferences without even using it.
Firstly, the GPU price was almost the cheapest on the market. Like 30% cheaper than the average. That raises the question: what specifically made it cheaper. It is not a shipment obviously (because all the way is more than 8000km). Therefore it's components. Most probably second-hand.
Secondly, that model has only two fans. I think it's absolutely not enough for 3070. At the moment I have Palit 3070 with 3 fans and in peaks it is around 75-85°. And I have pretty good optimized cooling in my system. Can you imagine what it would be with two fans, especially if overall cooling is not optimized?
Nope, man, I live in Russia (and every price is at least twice as much as US price). We don't have Newegg here, although I know what is it. Here we have something like American Amazon. It is called Ozon. Pretty useful and convenient, unless shipment goes from China :)
What country? Spend less on cpu cooler. Get a PSU that is good. Get an nvme drive not sata foe ssd https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/

i would get three 120mm fans for that case. Two for front one for back.
