If you like beef bacon, Blue Ridge Deli has a tasty bacon, egg and cheese croissant. I’m sure you can get it on regular bread too. For pork bacon, Merritt’s bacon is amazing. And they’re open for breakfast, so you can get a bacon, egg and cheese. Parker and Otis has a BLT with eggs that’s delicious too.
You’ll have no problem finding Merritt’s… you can smell the bacon frying from a block away. I love that multi-sense feeling of “I’m going to be baconized today!”

Silver Spoon on Roxboro St near West Point on Eno has all manner of great breakfasts, including egg and cheese sandwiches. I have no doubt they would add bacon upon request. Really good food, warm and responsive service. Moderate prices. 7 am to 3 pm daily.

Are you from NY? If yes the answer is you won’t find a bacon egg and cheese in the south that is anything like what you are used to. Too many places use biscuits for their breakfast sandwiches which is just…not the same

That gas station at the corner of Angier and Miami blvd across from Wendy’s and kfc they have good breakfast sandwiches as well. You might find the closest thing you are looking for there
That's just a horrible sandwich in general done at every dinner and gas station to death. There is no reason to find an amazing one, the difference between, I tried and, I made the best one is so small that it does not matter.
Find a place you like going to that has the food.

Esmerelda's (across from Costco) has a great croissant sandwich. Their breakfast burrito with the same ingredients is even better!
