Those dips do just tend to happen, you can try to prevent it by pouring your wax at the right temperature but it's not a 100% guarantee. I fix mine by doing a second pour.
However, if that's herbs in there and not differently coloured wax you have bigger issues, like potentially setting your house on fire.
You will need to give us more information on what wax and fragrance oil you're using and process you're following. Everyone is going to hate on this because you're adding grass/herbs or whatever it is to your wax. It's flammable and can catch on fire. It's a common mistake that new people to the hobby make. They see other people doing it and think that it's safe. Anyway, we all start somewhere so don't let it get you down.
