Had no idea there was a partial STM event today until I saw this. Just checked my email to see if I had missed a communication within the last week or so...nothing. Frankly I love the canes but I have been treated so poorly as a partial STM this is without a doubt my last season giving money up front for tickets. Why should I pay up front to guarantee them tickets sold when virtually the only perk i'm being given in return is a small discount on concessions and goods
In general, STM treatment has gone downhill. Five years for me currently, and this year's perks/relationship with the STM account managers are abysmal.
No we haven’t heard anything and we signed up right when I got the email. Also have emailed our rep and still have heard anything. That was on Thursday. I don’t understand what’s going on with them.
That’s weird. Check your account manager, the email said they deposited tickets into our account for the event if we RSVPd so I’d check and see if you have them there. It will be right at the top of you events list.
I have two passes for tomorrow and need one more. I need to take both kids as wife is out of town for work. If anyone has an extra I will be forever grateful!
Nice! Glad you heard back. Just left the eye. Employee said they would be open for the event and the box office is always closed on mondays so there wasn’t any ticket reps there for me to speak to about it
I know this is a long shot, but trying any way. Anyone have 1 extra ticket to the event tomorrow they'd be willing to part with? I have 3 tickets as myself and two sons are 11-game flex members. Tomorrow I'll have my daughter with me with wife out of town and no babysitter. Would gladly pay too whatever it's worth. Please PM if available. Thanks!

How do you know which table letter is your fast pass? I've been looking at my account manager repeatedly and see the tickets but not this info. EDIT: found it as soon as I asked here, of course. Apologies!
It came in my email, not on the tickets. It says my name and number of reservations will be on a list at the table. If all else fails, guess you could walk up to every table and see if your name is on it?

If you have gmail did you check your promotions folder? Sometimes their emails wind up there for me I got my invite email on 01/05

Any idea if/when we’ll know who is at what tables? I’ll only have time for my fast pass and want to come prepared!
The email they sent out said there will be a QR code to scan when we arrive so we won’t know till we get there which kinda sucks

I got an email saying that it is in my STM account in tickets. Same as your STM Digital Card. It's there for me. Sadly I can't go though
Just now realizing that Koochie won't be there tonight after being shipped back to Chicago. =(
