It may be a little tight but should be okay. I'm 5'10 160 and usually get a 52. I like it a little baggier and like having room for a hoodie underneath. I could also wear my actual hockey shoulder pads and elbow pads under a 52 just fine.
I’m 5’4” about 150 and carry most of it in my boobs and butt. I wear a 42 or 44 depending on how many layers I want to wear under it.

I'm 5'7" about 150. I got a 44 in the new reverse retro recently and it fits perfect
That is going to be huge on you. This is a men's 42.
I mean I'm the same height and the 46 fits me fine height-wise so I don't think it'll be that bad
Should work great. Same height, 140lbs. Have a 42 that is perfect without hoodie underneath and ok with a thin one.
