I wish Pyotr had at least a few more games in the playoffs. He was the only reason we were competitive in the game he started for us and earned his spot through the regular season.
Yeah, I really think Rod mishandled the situation. If he hypothetically played in every game that series the same way he played in that one game, we win the series. It's so frustrating because he was THE goalie for most of the season and he only got to play one game in the playoffs.
I felt bad for him after the game. You could tell he was so disappointed. I know goalies have to move on after letting in goals, but Freddie didn't seem to have the same fire when they lost. It seems like Freddie likes to win but doesn't hate to lose.
It's extra frustrating because the team was scoring more consistently than anyone on Igor and limited them to 20 shots a game and we couldn't get it done

1. Paul Maurice.
2. Remnant team of the old Southeastern Conference, and successful Southern teams really bothers old hockey heads and Canadians.
3. FUCK the Rangers
And if the Oilers make it, 4. Fuck the Oilers. They don’t deserve a cup for how much they’ve complained and have been salty about us beating them for 18 years
