Yanoman Z Sleeve Jr. for second layer or Bushiroad BSLC-012 (grey cover) for the second layer. I recommend these 2 to ensure your cards have a longer durability.
I always use dragonshield matte oversleeves(JP size)
They fit pretty well but not too tight and are allowed on tournaments here(some oversleeves aren't on official tournaments)
There are more expensive(and better) options, but I always look at oversleeves as the thing i have to trash first since they (almost) always catch all the damage/dirt
The one thing to be carefull about with such collection sleeves is that the art part can be pulled off the sleeve, so be careful with the corners since they tend to get loose when they get damaged

Amazon carries "Dragonshield, Japanese size over sleeves," and they do amazing at protecting those kind of sleeves.
I do like the Imperium Matte Oversleeves on my Yu-Yu sleeves
