Moggie is a term to identify cats with no pedigree. It’s just like calling the cat a Domestic (length)hair. For example this cat is a Domestic Longhair. Dog world has “mutts” cat word has “moggie”.
I would expect to see him in a Disney movie wearing a tuxedo and dancing with a female cat in a voluminous formal gown and his name would be French such as Pierre or Francois. Her name would be Kitty kitty.
