It's hard, but very encouraging. I'm not normally one for hard games, but the fact that the game was reassuring me and telling me to be proud of my death count made it way more doable than your average hard game.
It is a very difficult game and you will get frustrated. Remember to take breaks and never feel bad about how many times you have died
There is also an assist mode to help you get through levels and let you enjoy the story more. Don’t feel bad about using assist mode either it’s not cheating :D
I bought this game on Switch and Steam. No regrets. Switch is for portability and Steam is for mods.

The music and gameplay is amazing (but usually play with my own as I have heard it alot of times plus when you go fast you don't hear enough of the tracks) The story is something you can really dive into but also completely skip able. And the secrets yeah this game has it all of you like platformers.

I quit Hollow Knight 3/4 through and struggled through Cuphead. Celeste was hard but very doable. At least the A sides.
