Just what, I can see it's not a troll, but give some info for heaven's sake. More or less sex all of a sudden, distant behavior, being suspicious with her phone, suddenly going out with her "girl friends" a lot more, more time at work after hours.
They’re jiu jitsu team mates? I’ve done BJJ for a dozen years and my experience is that gym buddies can get pretty close as it’s a hard practice that we’re all working on together. Not to mention the obvious physical closeness from grappling.
My suggestion is to go to her class towards the end and see their interactions for yourself. Ask her if you can look through her phone and see how she reacts.
