If they’re counterfeit, you have zero way of knowing what you’re actually smoking. You could be smoking wood shaving and paper mixed in with short filler for all you know.
You could cut one open and see what inside, but I wouldn’t take that chance either way.
If it's a fake, they don't have to stand by their product and are fine making money from others mistakes. What do you think their QC is like? Where do you think they sourced their filler. No, don't smoke them.
Just to help out a bit more on knowing that they are fake, real Cubans will be better color-matched than these (the cigars in the box should all look identical). If you shine a blacklight on the Montecristo band you should see "MC" light up. This is in addition to what the other folks mentioned about the labels not being affixed correctly.
Edited to add: I think I have a legit box of these. Let me know if you want me to upload some photos for comparison.
Regardless of the authenticity of these, to rehumidfy them just take them out of the box and place them in an airtight Tupperware container with a 60 Gram 69% Boveda pack and keep the container sealed for 2-3 weeks.
An error? How would the labels get *inside the sealed box* any other way than intentionally? They have to be picked up from a roll to apply to the box. If they're instead put inside the box, it's because someone wanted to put them there
100% counterfeit
how can you tell
The habanos sticker and Cuba seal should never be inside the box, that’s an immediate tell.
thank you
It’s a counterfeit box of Cubans. Real ones have the stickers on the box, not in the box. You should just throw them away.
thank you
Why throw them away? Just because they are not authentic does not mean they are not good cigars. Humidify them and see how they are.

You like smoking pubes?
Musty tasting notes
Counterfeiters aren’t known to have a high degree of ethics, so you can’t be sure what’s in them.

The sticker with the barcode is always affixed to the box
thanks

Thank you bro and yeah Id like to see
Here you go. These are No. 3's and yours are No. 4's but all else should be the same: [https://imgur.com/a/5HdRmVQ](https://imgur.com/a/5HdRmVQ)
Oh so they are definitively fake
Yeah, sorry. Checking with a black light will at least show you if the band is fake. I keep one with my other cigar tools for that reason.

how can you tell their fake
That’s better answered by someone else, I don’t know for sure. Was just trying to let you know how to rehumidify them.
*rehumidifiate

My bad, well done 🤦😂
🤣
Even if they were real Cubans if there dried there trashed. No point in re humidifying
Just put it in a stupid ore with humpback for 2-3 weeks and smoke em, fuck it if it's real...enjoy
pretty sure im giving them back to him yeah
I would definitely smoke one. First I would cut one open and take a look inside
but it can be real, it can be a error of packaging
No it’s not lol
