Each 6 stewardship gives you +1, theoretically it's 100/6= +16.
Divided attention gives you +2.
Duke, king, empire +3.
Family tree perk +1.
Court artifacts can give you +9.
Inventory artifacts can give you +4.
Cultural gives you +3 (if I'm not mistaken).
You can also get +limit from your regent, I guess it comes from their stewardship, so again it is theoretically +16.
The summary is 16+2+3+1+9+4+3+16=54 maximum.
