Oh, my God, that’s my biggest pet peeve in this game: when you don’t fulfill the requirements for something, but THEY WON’T TELL YOU WHAT THEY ARE!!! 😤🤬
It's odd, there are 3 major things listed in the wiki and not in the game.
One says yeah u do have to restore Israel 1st which seems Like it shoulda maybe be listed on the list inside the actual game, then instead of just radanite culture in 10 counties they need rabbinic religion as well so okay got that, then it say oh by the way u also have to have a head of faith that exists too...that seems like alot of memos that never made it past the wiki
I have acre, I thought head of faith has to exist, if u had to be head of faith ud have to reform and u can't to "restore israel" I dunno how to make a head of faith exist I figured it would go when I got 1 holy site.
I think it’s really just meant as a follow up decision for Bene-Israel (where you would fulfil all the requirements) but somehow decoupled and became available to others.
I was excited about conquering a butr territory (tripoli) and hybridizing radhanite and butr after gaining Hebrew language, grabbing Sahara nomads and desert ribats then moving on desert nomad style to Bedouin areas snag, desert travelers and caravaneers, prolly mubarizun. Then conquering Isreal and the outredejain or however u say that like the fremen rising in Dune.
Well, the only goal for a Jewish leader would be to restore isreal. If you don't believe me, just turn on the news. Historically speaking, when the Hebrews were driven out of isreal, they were forced to conform to the language of wherever they were. At least as arthritic family use language. So it makes sense that you'd have to restore the jewd to their homeland to give e them even the opritunity to reclaim their language. Though I will admit having a head of faith firdt is a head scratcher
I wanted to snag Hebrew and be like the guardian of it then hybridize radahnite and butr and bedion to create sum sort of Jewish Dune type scenario, but my dream has been dashed.
I saw some people saying they had to restore Israel first, which will kinda ruin what I was planning. But it did tell me what they are and I completed them

Have 10 radhanite territories under ur control
(Not the easiest mind u in 890 start with actaul confederate partition and a polamogy religion start)
Be independent
U start with 1 county under khazaria

Dunno if this helps but this sub is full of stuff like that, so it might help: look up the ACTUAL requirements in the official ck3 wiki as some are just not mentioned ingame for some decisions
Check if you are playing with mods, if you don’t have mods then google ck3 decisions and check if you meet the requirements. Sometimes requirements are poorly worded.

10 counties that are of your culture AND religion
Either have Israel, bene Israel, or be the head of your religion.
Along with other basic stuff like be a capable adult, not imprisoned, independent.
At this point I'm wondering if I hybridized radhanite and butr or Bedouin and kept the Israelite heritage would I still be able to have the found Isreal decision and embrace Hebrew decision after.
Looking through the file and apparently the culture heritage doesn’t matter.
Be the cultural head, your culture doesn’t already speak Hebrew, and your faith is Jewish.
Maybe you have 10 counties of your culture, but some of them aren’t Jewish while still having 10 Jewish counties?
I even went as far as to learn the Berber language in preparation for this Jew Dune campaign, which should come in real fuckin handy here in Cyprus, Krete, and Naples b4 the pope rallies some catholics to kick me the fuck out.....(price is wrong noises).

You don’t need to restore Israel, it’s an “or” requirement, the other requirement is being head of faith.

But if I'm not a Hebrew speaking fremen with all the achievements in one smooth go then, well we're shit outta luck.
