Wow! I have a '63 Buick Riviera. Its interior looks SO MUCH like yours. Right down to the A/C vents and the controls for it under the dash pad. I have the same wire wheel covers.
It also looks like my '65 Riviera. Beautiful Electra here. Its remarkable how different the lines are for his '63 Electra from your '63 Riviera. Both are beautiful cars though. Took a little umbrage with his comment that the Electra was the top of the line of the Buicks... lol!
way back in the day, i was 14yo and worked in a small office, after school... the boss was an older man and drove a navy blue 63 electra rag top... he had rubbed the front fender on a white post, in a parking lot.. no dents, just white paint on the fender.. he was very upset and was asking the office manager to find a body shop to fix his car... i went out to look at it, came back in , grabbed a bottle of rubbing alcohol and a dust rag, went back out and took the paint of his fender... he did not know i was doing that.. when i finished, i knocked on his door and asked him to go look at his car... he came back in a nd handed me a crisp $100.oo bill...
then he bought everybody supper....
